Multiplication Strategies

My Reflection

I found this really easy because I knew all the strategies that Mrs P taught me.  What I found difficult was recording my thinking carefully and accurately so that my maths thinking made sense.

Next time I think I should challenge myself and have larger numbers like 150 x 6.

MORE PLAY TIME??????

Hey do you want more playtime well I've got a soulution so listen carefully……

My 1st reason is kids sit on the mat forever and morning tea is only 30 min and lunch is only 45 min. the diffrence is only 15min compared to lunch.

My second reason is if kids get more play time they can be more active and healthy and kids get to run around and have better brains. My third reason is more play time is better for the kids because they want more play time and its FUN??????????.

Its better for the kids fittnes because they  run around play hoops witch helps them to get strong they get tired and are ready for learning. Kids feel more happy with more playtime thats what they want to do play rugby

The last thing i want to tell you is more playtime is freedom to the kids. Children learn through more playtime. Children learn more social and motor skills from playing than studying the more you play the more you learn and the happier you will be. Children who spend more time studying than playing are more lickely

I found Cry of the Taniwha  a bit easy because 

the character that I chose.  He an easy because he was the main character and their was a

lot information about him in the story.  Next time I will choose a harder character.

Obituary

Leslie Burk is the fastest runner in the 5th grade who has a rich family.
She enjoyed running because she liked it and she helped people out.
She's helpful funny and gives courage she cared for other people and she's confident.
If it hadn't been for Leslie Janise  would still be the school bully.
Then Leslie and jess wanted to take revenge and sent her a embarrassing letter when she read it she felt embarrassed in front of her class mates.
Then Leslie and Jess saw her crying in the corner and cheered her up and she wouldn't bully anyone.
Leslie will be remembered for caring and helping people.

This is my vendiagram.

We were learning to compare characters by doing vendiagram.

The book we were reading was bridge to Terabithia.

Leslie and Jess were the main characters 

Leslie was hard to get ideas because she was hard to explain. 

My next step is to work harder and do more comparing.

 I was learning that numbers can be made and broken up in a number of different ways.

I found it easy because i asked people for help when I need it.
